Whether you're experiencing any form of emotional hardship, this retreat offers a supportive environment to help you find peace. Please note, this retreat is not for relaxation, but rather for those who are ready to address deeper emotional challenges and work through them. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to heal and be open to the process. you'll be supported throughout the experience.

What should I wear and prepare for the retreat?

Please wear a comfortable white shirt and white pants to help create a calming and focused atmosphere. We also recommend applying off lotion before the retreat, as it will be held in an outdoor setting. Remember to turn off your phones upon arrival and will be confiscated during the retreat, to fully disconnect for a moment and focus on your emotional well-being.

Where is the venue located and is parking available at the venue?

The retreat will be held in Angeles, Pampanga, the full address will be included in your email confirmation once you register. Free parking is provided for all participants.

How many slots are available per session and are refunds or reschedules allowed?
